- In order to return the product(s), the Buyer may do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, informing the Seller through the means of communication specified in the contact section, indicating the name of the returned product, the order number and the reason for the return.
- When returning goods to the buyer, it is necessary to comply with the following conditions:
2.1. the returned item must be in its original, neat, unopened packaging;
2.2. the product must be undamaged by the Buyer;
2.3. the item must be unused, without losing its merchandise appearance (label intact, protective film not torn off, etc.) (this clause does not apply in the case of returning a defective item);
2.4. the returned product must be in the same configuration as the Buyer received it;
2.5. when returning the product, it is necessary to present the document of its purchase.
2.6. Return costs are paid by the Buyer.
- The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer, if the Buyer does not follow the procedure for returning the goods established in Article 2.
- When returning the wrong product and/or low-quality product, the Seller undertakes to take back such products and replace them with similar suitable products.
- In the event that the Seller does not have goods suitable for replacement, the amount paid will be returned to the Buyer, excluding the cost of delivery.
- Money is not returned and the product is not exchanged if you bought the following products:
- reusable face masks;
- furniture;
- toys, games;
- scooters and bicycles;
- helmets, protections;
- pantyhose, stockings, socks and other similar articles;
- baby goods (pacifiers, chewers, pacifier holders, bibs, pacifier cases, pacifiers, baby utensils);
- quality jewelry (TADAM bracelets).
